AT&T is expanding the reach of its Voice over Internet Protocol phone service into North Carolina as part of its aggressive rollout plan.

The service, with an introductory fee of $19.95 a month for unlimited local and long distance calling and several advanced features, is now available in Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte.
AT&T introduced VoIP service three months ago. It is now available in 72 markets across 14 states.
