Incara named two new board members Wednesday, rounding out the new lineup promised by new Incara;s new management.
Joseph Krivulka, co-founder and president of Reliant Pharmaceuticals, and Amit Kumar, president and CEO of CombiMatrix, are the new directors.
Stepping down are Richard Burgoon and Alan Tuchman, both part of Xmark funds.
