Steintek-GmbH, a firm based in Greding, Germany, will include Geomagic 3D software from Raindrop Geomagic in a new MobileScan 3D scanner.
Steintek-GmbH signed an OEM agreement with Raindrop, which is based in RTP.
MobileScan3D offers high resolution and connects to a notebook computer via USB or Firewire.
Geomagic software processes data from scans to recreate very accurate polygon and surface models.
