Peopleclick and Allegis Group are teaming up to offer workforce management solutions.

Peopleclick, which is based in Raleigh, offers a variety of workforce solutions such as a vendor management system which tracks sourcing, tracking, selection, management and retention. The Raleigh-based firm also offers diversity planning and EEO/Affirmative Action compliance. Allegis Group is a global provider of contract services and other solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

The companies said forming a partnership would enable clients “to improve and simplify human capital acquisition and management.”

“At Allegis Group, our approach to human capital is to provide the right mix of quality people, standard streamlined processes, and advanced technology that is appropriate for the unique needs of each individual client,” said Christopher Hartman, executive vice president of business development for Allegis Group, in a statement. “With this in mind, we recognized Peopleclick’s ability to deliver solutions that address both contingent and full-time employees, and the diversity issues related to both. We believe a number of our clients can benefit from Peopleclick’s unique technology, scalability and expertise.”

Allegis Group is based in Hanover, MD with offices across the U.S., Canada and Europe.

“We are excited to work with Allegis Group and to include Peopleclick VMS as a key part of their client-driven solutions,” said Stephen Sasser, CEO of Peopleclick. “Peopleclick and Allegis Group share similar goals and philosophies when it comes to helping companies manage their full-time and contingent staffing needs with a single global solution. As the staffing markets rebound and consolidate, it makes sense to combine Allegis’ market leading services with Peopleclick’s market leading technology, so clients can benefit from the proven expertise of both companies.”
