Small business and home office workers will find new hardware and service offerings in 30 Cingular stores across the Carolinas.
Responding to increased demand for business services, Cingular said it is setting aside specific display space for business users. Among products available are wireless email and phone service over BlackBerry wireless handhelds.
The small business section in 23 North Carolina and seven South Carolina stories includes a “live data wall” for demonstration purposes.
“Many small business owners and mobile professionals are extremely tech-savvy and rely on technology to give them a competitive edge,” said Rob Forsyth, vice president and general manager, Cingular Wireless-Carolinas, in a statement. “Providing dedicated retail space featuring the products they need will allow us to meet those needs quickly, easily and conveniently.”
