Icagen expanded its management team Wednesday, hiring Mark Suto as vice president of chemistry.
Suto most recently worked for Neurion Pharmaceuticals as executive vice president and chief scientific officer.
“Mark brings to Icagen an outstanding background in pharmaceutical research,” said Kay Wagoner, president and CEO of Icagen, in a statement. “With over 20 years of experience at several of the leading companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, Mark brings a level of expertise to Icagen that we expect will benefit all of our drug discovery activities.
