YOUNGSVILLE,Law Enforcement Associates has succeeded in getting its stock removed from the Berlin Bremen stock exchange where it was being listed without permission, the company said Monday.
LEA trades in the US (OTCBB: LENF).
“Our top priority is to protect our shareholder value,” said Paul Feldman, president of LEA. “Our LENF stock was listed at the Berlin exchange without our board’s permission or authorization. When we learned of this, we moved quickly to have our stock removed from the Berlin exchange.”
Mobile Reach, which is based in Cary, has also announced that its stock is listed on the Berlin exchange without permission and is seeking its removal.
