Powerware is officially part of Eaton Corporation.
Eaton agreed to pay $560 million for Powerware, the power systems business unit of Invensys, in April. The sale was completed on Wednesday.
Powerware, which is based in Raleigh, manufactures uninterruptible power systems, DC Power products and power quality services.
