Cyberlux, a developer of lighting products known as optoelectronic diodal illumination, is acquiring TrueToForm, a company that designs, manufacturers and markets products for the hospitality industry.
Details of the deal were not disclosed.
Cyberlux is based in RTP. TrueToForm has operations in Boston and Los Angeles.
The acquired firm will operate as a “specialty lighting division” of Cyberlux.
The deal gives Cyberlux new distribution channels for its lighting systems, the company said in a statement.
