The N.C. State University Entrepreneurship Education Initiative’s (EEI) leadership partipcated in the recent MIT Global Startup Workshop in the United Kingdom.
“It was an honor and a pleasure to sit on panels with some of the foremost entrepreneurship leaders around the world and to present the NC State EEI pedagogy of teaching entrepreneurship,” said Gary Palin, executive director of the EEI. “Our philosophies and teachings were extremely well received by the international community. This is just yet another indicator to the national education entrepreneurship community that our program is one of the world’s most accomplished.”
The seventh annual conference took place at Cambridge University, drawing leaders of business plan competitions from around the world, as well as venture capitalists, government leaders, and entrepreneurs. The purpose was to discuss business plan competitions and trends in entrepreneurship education.
