Movaz Networks, a provider of optical networking equipment, has signed two new deals worth more than $2 million for deliver of voice, video and data services.

Indiana Fiber Network and South Slope Cooperative Telephone Company — the largest independent cooperative phone company in Iowa — recently bought the Movaz gear.

South Slope operates its own fiber ring and has plans to offer digital TV services.

Indiana Fiber Network is a statewide network linking 18 independent phone companies.

The two firms bought the RAYexpress and RAYextender products fro Movaz for use in fiber services.
