Longo Toyota, the largest since location Toyota dealership in the U.S., is the latest company to sign on for customer survey software from SyncSurvey.
The dealership will use ResearchPro to gather information through PDAs, SyncSurvey says. The number of customer responses to the electronic forms has more than doubled that of paper surveys, the companies said.
Longo Toyota, which is based in California, has been the no. 1 Toyota volume dealer in the U.S. for 37 straight years.
