Pozen Names Investment Firm Exec to Board

Arthur Kirsch, an investment executive, is the newest member of the board of directors at Pozen.

Kirsch replaces Jacques Rejeange, who retired.

Kirsch is a founder and managing director at Vector Securities, an investment and merchant banking firm. He also has worked at Prudential Vector Healthcare Group and Vector Securities. Kirsch also served as president and CEO of NatWest Securities and director of the global equity division of Drexel Burnham Lambert.
