Sigma Analytics and Consulting, a business and technology consulting firm based in Atlanta, has been acquired by Merkle, a database marketing agency based in Lanham, MD.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Merkle said the acquisition will enable it to offer a broader range of services for the financial marketplace.
Sigma will continue to operate in Atlanta. The company was founded in 1997 by Dave Kelly. It has focused on analytics and solutions as well as e-commerce applications.
