IBM’s latest ThinkPad laptops include ones with 15-inch screens and a price tag starting at $1,599.
The T42 and T42P models include so-called Flexview technology so screens can be viewed from up to 170degree viewing angle in all directions. IBM says options include Pentium M processors that improve mobile performance and battery life.
Both model lines include the ThinkVantage Technologies, including improved security and data recovery tools. Battery life is touted at up to nine hours with options.
Each model is 3 inches wide and weighs less than 5.3 pounds.
