RESEARCH TRIANGLE–Wilson County Home Health decided to purchase digital data capture software from Mi-Co after participating in a pilot program, Mi-Co says.

Debra Harris, director of Wilson County Home Health, told Mi-Co the pilot program convinced her the mobile Mi-Co Forms software and tablet PCs meant the department did not have to re-key data.

“We collect data on the tablet PC, Mi-Forms software converts our handwriting and then allows us to verify the data and send it to the pre-assigned destination such as the HAVEN or OASIS forms. This has tremendously increased our efficiency,” Harris said.

Mi-Co says it is rolling out a complete solution for the 60 plus staff members of the Wilson County Agency.

Mi-Co’s Mi-Forms Software System enables the capture, handwriting verification and communication of forms based and free-form pen-on-paper data for enterprise users.
