RALEIGH–Accovia Inc., which sells travel packaging technology, says it is teaming with Raleigh-based QlikTech to sell its business intelligence software to the travel industry.

Accovia says it will integrate QlikTech’s QlikView business intelligence and analysis software with Accovia’s Travel Package Management software.

The combination will allow airlines, hoteliers, travel agencies and tour operators to access, analyze, and distribute operational information from various databases to support their business decisions.

Accovia says travel providers and marketers need to quickly determine which packaged offerings will yield the highest margins, which suppliers and distributors best contribute to the business, and which marketing promotions convert the most shoppers to buyers. The incorporation of QlikView into Accovia’s Travel Package Management solution allows Accovia’s customers to easily access, view and provide meaningful business information throughout the organization.
