Accipiter Solutions, a developer of online advertising solutions and services, has released a white paper regarding the use of behavioral targeting as an invaluable tool in the online advertising market.

The Accipiter began to integrate behavioral targeting with ad management more than five years ago, as part of the Engage online advertising division. From that experience, Accipiter says it has gained insight into what customers really want and need from behavioral targeting technology.
