Sprint recently started a new customer notification program to remind local residential customers of scheduled appointments.

The customer notification program will contact customers the day before their scheduled appointment to remind them that a service call is scheduled for the following day.

Customers have the option of confirming the service call or rescheduling it. If the call is picked up by an answering machine or voice mail service, a message is left with a call-back number, if an appointment reschedule is required.

“Sprint understands that customers want their service issues to be resolved as quickly and easily as possible so they can efficiently manage their time,” said Steve Parrott, Sprint’s state executive for North Carolina. “The customer notification program will help customers remember when service appointments are scheduled, so they can better manage their busy lives.”
