Optinfo, a developer of reconciliation and exception management solutions for the financial services industry, has released its Enterprise Exception Management Suite.
The new solution includes Case Manager, an interface that gives personnel throughout the enterprise and correspondents the tools to automatically research and repair broken transactions and business processes. Another component, the Risk and Control Console, gives management the ability to spot financial and operational risks real-time through a highly configurable executive desktop.
