Radiant Systems (Nasdaq: RADS) has reached a deal to acquire home-office film management and booking firm E-needs Inc. of Irvine, CA.
Financial terms of the acquisition by Atlanta-based Radiant, a provider of technology to the retail industry, were not disclosed.
“We’re delivering on our promise to bring the next level of innovative solutions to the industry,” said Chris Lybeer, president of Radiant’s entertainment division. “E-needs technology delivers advanced capabilities that exhibitors require for film management.”
E-needs markets the ECircuitSuite product to provide management of film rentals, accruals, and settlements.
