IBM says it has developed new software to help customers streamline business operations specific to the automotive and electronics industries.
The new middleware solutions can help electronics customers manage supply chains, support regulatory compliance efforts, and bring new products to market, IBM says.
In addition to software and services from IBM, the solutions will be complemented by industry-specific applications from the company’s global network of independent software vendors (ISVs).
Early supporters of these new solutions include ISVs such as DST Inc., MSC Software, and SAS, which is based in Cary.
