Mobile Reach says it has signed an agreement with a large regional North Carolina Nissan dealership to provide a solution that includes the company’s Mobile Strategy Assessment and its Mobile IT Manager solutions.

The Nissan chain operates four large, regionally-based automobile dealerships that have decided to re-evaluate their IT infrastructure. They have chosen Cary-based Mobile Reach to develop a strategic plan surrounding their voice and data communication solution.

Through the Mobile IT Manager service offering, the firm says it will design a telecommunication solution that will be deployed throughout all of their dealerships.

Mobile Reach says it will initiate the relationship with the dealerships by providing them with their Mobile Strategy Assessment, which will allow for a strategic data and telecommunications solution to be designed.

“It is extremely rewarding to see first hand our solutions group solve real business issues,” said Mobile Reach CEO Michael Hewitt. “Most medium businesses owners do not have the time to understand and implement technologies; time is money…engaging a company like Mobile Reach — allows the business owner to do what they do best, while our engineers solve the technical issues as they arise.”

The solutions are part of Mobile Reach’s Virtual CIO offering, which it says continues to make “substantial progress” in markets across the country.

In February, Mobile Reach announced a deal with Prompt Ambulance Service of Indiana, to provide its Mobile IT Manager solution as part of an effort to improve emergency care.
