DEERFIELD, Ill. –CGI Holding Corp. (OTC:CGIH), parent company of Cary-based WebSourced, said it earned $785,276 or 3.5 cents a share from continuing operations in the fourth quarter 2003.
The company reported that revenue increased 29 percent over third quarter revenue to $2.69 million in the fourth quarter.
S. Patrick Martin, WebSourced chief executive officer said, “barring unforeseen events, our first quarter 2004 revenues and earnings per share should easily exceed our fourth quarter 2003 numbers.” WebSourced operates keywordranking.com, a search engine optimization service. Its has helped clients such as Monica Lewinski increase traffic to commercial Web sites. Lewinski sells women’s handbags online.
WebSourced is CGI’s only subsidiary. It plans to move into new 30,970 square foot offices in a few weeks, the company notes.
Martin says the company also has “high hopes in regard to several acquisition opportunities and we expect our Cherish.com subsidiary to begin contributing to revenue in the second quarter 2004.
