Ross Reck, an author an expert on negotiations, will be one of the keynote speakers at the NCEITA’s 10th Annual Information Technology Forum, “A CEO Conversation: Insight to Innovation,” on March 17.

Reck will speak on the nature of positive and enduring business relationships. He will introduce and show how to utilize the PRAM (Plans, Agreements, Relationships and Maintenance) model as a simple, but strong behavioral framework that, when followed, produces amazing results between businesses and people.

Known as a “Top Gun” negotiations expert, Reck has appeared on television, in print and on more than 500 radio stations commenting on a variety of negotiation and dispute issues ranging from the 2002 Major League Baseball labor situation to the current west coast dockworker dispute. He is the author The X-Factor: Getting Extraordinary Results From Ordinary People and The Win-Win Negotiator.
