Systech Systems & Services says it has made enhancements to the company’s SupportNet structure and offerings.
SupportNet, which provides customers with preventive maintenance service, has now been expanded into four offerings: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Entry level support begins with the Bronze offering. This level is designed for customers who want to manage their own desktop systems, but still want professional server support.
Silver and Gold levels are designed for customers having more complex configurations and therefore needing more dedicated on-site support for their entire network.
The Platinum level provides the most flexible, highly configurable preventive maintenance solution for those customers requiring high-availability networks and support.
“At Systech Systems & Services, we view our customers’ networks as our networks,” said Larry Fatheree, chief executive officer of Systech. “As they focus on the management of their business, our focus is to manage their networks. Following this philosophy, these expanded offerings now align more closely to the diverse network support needs of our customers and are priced accordingly.”
SupportNet offerings start at $99 per month and include around-the-clock technical support.
