I.B.I.S Inc. has added two new executives to its management team to drive sales and marketing efforts, while also establishing the company’s business transformation services practice.

I.B.I.S. recently announced an expanstion into North Carolina.

Jeff Fisher will be responsible for I.B.I.S.’s strategic planning and its direct sales organization. Until recently, Fisher was a principal in Sales Performance International (SPI) Inc. His primary duties during his seven year tenure at SPI included strategic planning and leading direct sales and strategic marketing efforts.

Fisher began his career in sales with IBM before joining Management Science America (MSA). As senior vice president, he was responsible for MSA’s world-wide sales and customer service functions.

Rick Nichols will be responsible for I.B.I.S.’s marketing, business strategy, market expansion, and business development efforts. Nichols’ career has touched high profile clients and organizations such as Accenture, Andersen, Deloitte Consulting, Microsoft, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and many others.

While chief marketing executive for SAP America, Nichols helped mold the strategy that launched SAP R/3 in the Americas. He also guided PeopleSoft’s sales and marketing efforts as both a sales manager and industry marketing executive for higher education.
