CipherTrust has released IronMail 4.0, the latest version of its anti-spam and email security appliance.
IronMail 4.0 incorporates three new spam detection techniques; the ability to assign anti-spam rules based on user, group or domain; and a genetic algorithm to automatically tune the detection techniques within its correlation engine, Enterprise Spam Profiler.
The new detection techniques include URL Filtering, Domain Blacklists and an adaptive content analysis engine, bringing IronMail’s total number of anti-spam technologies to 12.
