Internet Security Systems (ISS) has released its new Managed Protection Services (MPS) offering, a suite of managed services with a money-back garuantee.

The new MPS offering provides customers with a $50,000 cash payment if a security incident occurs based on any attacks included in the X-Force Certified Attack List, a regularly updated list of Internet threats maintained by ISS.

The company says the offering also applies specific warranties to guaranteed performance-based service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure business systems and applications remain protected.

By providing around-the-clock guaranteed levels of protection against the Internet’s known and unknown threats, ISS says its MPS improves customers’ security posture while allowing them to focus on their business operations.

“Our Managed Protection Services offering allows organizations to easily and confidently shift the pressures of protecting business critical assets to our team of security experts,” said Tom Noonan, president and CEO of ISS. “Our guaranteed performance-based SLAs surpass monitoring and alerting by guaranteeing that we will prevent a security breach on your network. If we don’t, we’ll give you service for free and pay a cash penalty straight from our pockets–.”
