CGI Holding Corp. of Hillside, IL, has extended the contract of Patrick Martin, president and chief executive officer of the company’s WebSourced subsidiary.
Martin’s new contract is until Dec. 31, 2008. His previous one ended Dec. 31, 2004. Financial terms were not disclosed.
WebSourced, based in RTP, operates KeywordRanking.com, a search engine marketing services, as well as ProRanking.com and online dating site Cherish.com.
