MobileReach International has completed its acquisition of Waves Consulting Group, boosting the company to nearly 40 employees and projected revenues to more than $5 million this year.

MobileReach says the deal means that it can now offer end-to-end mobile workforce solutions for clients.

Waves Consulting provided hardware and IT solutions along with its “Helping Hands” mobile solutions software. It will operate as a subsidiary of MobileReach.

“We are extremely pleased with the results of the Waves’ acquisition; we have already begun seeing signs of the strategic processes directly impacting our bottom line and customer satisfaction,” said Michael J. Hewitt, chief executive officer of Mobile Reach, in a statement.
