Philip Theodore will be the new vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Serologicals Corp. He assumes his new duties on Jan. 1.
The company said Theodore will handle corporate and public affairs as well as be involved in acquisitions as part of its growth plan.
Theodore was a partner with the law firm of King & Spalding, LLP and was part of the mergers and acquisitions group.
