The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Public Company SIG are hosting a “Going Private” panel on Dec. 11.
Speakers include Bill Tucker and Panos Midis, principals of Tucker Midis & Associates, a merchant banking firm specializing in mid-market companies, with offices in Atlanta and San Francisco.
Panel discussion will involve strategic, legal and financial issues surrounding going private transactions.
