The legal action taken by SCO Group in the fight over rights to Unix code has drawn a strong response from members of the open source development community.
Eben Moglen, a layer for the Free Software Foundation, says in a report that “SCO has yet to offer evidence in support of its charge that software code was improperly copied to Linux,” NewsFactor reports.
