CGI Holding, Parent of Websourced, Reports a Profit

CGI Holding, the parent of RTP-based Websourced, reported a profit of $255,428, or a penny a share, for the most recent quarter.

Websourced, which includes Keywordranking.com, is its sole subsidiary. CGI (OTCBB: CGIH.OB). The group produced $539,722 in revenue in the quarter.

Revenues soared to $2.08 million, up 84 percent. Earnings were cut by a one-time charge of $160,000 for employee stock bonus and $100,000 in legal expenses, the company said. It also is required to pay $120,000 in each of the next 12 quarters due to a law suit over a now-closed subsidiary.
