At the CED’s November Tech Forum, a panel of experienced entrepreneurs will guide attendees through the “dos” and “don’ts” of outsourcing and discuss emerging outsourcing trends in the marketplace.
Topics covered will include the pros and cons of outsourcing, identifying the best functional areas to outsource and those to retain, different outsourcing models and strategies, hidden costs of outsourcing/cost-benefit analysis, selection and management of vendors, and outsourcing locally versus internationally.
The November Technology Forum is from 5-7:30 PM on Nov. 19 at the MCNC building in RTP. It is sponsored by UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Cingular Wireless.
