Logisoft, a subsidiary of Charlotte-based eResource Capital Group, has wrapped up its acquisition of SchoolWorld Software, which is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
The deal was announced on Aug. 31. SchoolWorld is an educational software company with some $5 million in annual revenues.
