Nova BioGenetics, which is preparing to execute a reverse stock split, has named a new secretary/treasurer.
Todd Smith replaces Tim Moses, who will serve as president of sales for the anti-microbial and biocides division. Smith has been an investment banker and advisor for the past 13 years.
Nova BioGenetics (OTC Bulletin Board: NVBG) closed at 25 cents on Friday.
