Inspire Pharmaceuticals has selected a customer relationship management (CRM) solution from StayinFront of Fairfield, NJ.

The solution includes StayinFront Visual Elk for managing and integrating customer interaction and StayinFront Panorama, a data analysis and decision support tool, and outsourcing services that will aid Inspire’s newly launched sales force.

Inspire discovers and develops new drugs to treat diseases characterized by deficiencies in the body’s innate defense systems. Its sales force is being deployed in preparation for the launch of diquafosol, Inspire’s potential new product for dry eye.
