Glenayre has agreed to license a patented call routing program has part of a dispute with BellSouth Intellectual Property Marketing Corporation.
Glenayre did not acknowledge a patent infringement or the validity of the patent as part of the settlement. BellSouth had sued Glenayre in Januray.
