LVL7 Systems, a developer of networking software for Ethernet networks, has closed on $15.8 million in venture capital, The News & Observer reported Tuesday morning.
LVL7 had been seeking $10 million in its B round.
Investors include Carlyle Venture Partners, Gabriel Ventures Partners, HIG Ventures and Research Triangle Ventures.
