Strategic Development Inc. (SDI) is hosting interactive, performance-based leadership development simulations around the country to increase flexibility, information-sharin, and profit…without the risk of trial and error.

In October, three events will be held in the Triangle. George Smart, managing partner of SDI, will head up the leadership programs.

The first will be on Oct. 24 at the People’s Security Life building in Durham. The topic will be “Tipping Point Simulation – How does a company create major workplace change that lasts and gets ‘buy-in?’.”

Following will be “Apples and Oranges – Would your employees spend time and resources differently – i.e., better – if they understood ‘the numbers?’,” on Oct. 29 at the N.C. Association of Electric Cooperatives in Raleigh.

The final program on “Paper Planes, Inc. – How to lower project costs and increase customer satisfaction through work process redesign” is on Oct. 31 at the City of Durham General Services Center. It will be hosted by the city’s training department.

All programs, which begin at 9 AM, are free, but pre-registration is required. Register at the SDI website or call Lana Millard at 919-556-2703. There is a limit of 32-36 participants per session, two per organization. All programs conclude at or before noon.
