MetaPartners has become the newest office location for The Staubach Company, an international real estate strategy and services firm.
Local real estate industry leaders Paul Muñana and Guy Harvey of MetaPartners in Cary, along with Blair Bryan of Staubach Carolinas in Charlotte, are principals of the new firm.
MetaPartners will now operate as The Staubach Company, adopting the international entity’s procedures, operating platform and corporate protocols.

The Raleigh-Durham office is the second Staubach location in North Carolina. Also under the direction of Bryan, the Charlotte location opened in 1998.
Headquartered in Dallas, The Staubach Company provides clients with office and industrial tenant representation services, as well as facility and construction management and advisory services. The company was founded in 1977 by Staubach, the former quarterback of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys and Super Bowl MVP in 1972.
With the addition of MetaPartners, The Staubach Company now has more than 50 offices in the Americas and 180 offices in 40 countries worldwide.

Eye & Ear Hospitals, Closure Medical, Springboard, Univision and LipoScience. Prior to joining Staubach, they collaborated with Staubach offices in Charlotte, Atlanta and Chicago on behalf of their clients.
