APEX,iGlass Networks has signed a deal with its 11th Time Warner Cable (TWC) division.
Just days after announcing the addition of their 10th TWC customer, iGlass says it has wrapped up another evaluation and continued its trend of converting 100 percent of its evaluations to paying customers.
According to David Nizen, director of business development for iGlass, the Apex-based company is now monitoring more than 30percent of Time Warner Cable’s divisions, with several more pending

iGlass is a NOC solution and is architected to be available from any location with a browser and Internet connection. Outages and alerts are issued via email, pager, text messages and follow up phone calls from its NOC in Apex.
