The first Georgia Technology Celebration is drawing a huge supporting cast.

The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) announced the list of technology associations, government agencies and business organizations that will participate in the Tech Celebration this week – and it’s a long one.

Scheduled for Oct. 21 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, TAG says its Tech Celebration has attracted support from a broad base of Georgia’s technology industry stakeholders.

“The objective of the Celebration is to bring together and re-energize the technology community so that we are all working together to advance the state’s technology sector,” said TAG President Steve Jeffery. “It’s imperative that organizations serving this community build strong alliances working together for the good of our industry. This is why we have invited all the groups that serve this community to participate in the Celebration.”

TAG says it has received incredible response from Georgia’s technology associations to its invitation to participate in the Celebration’s Association Pavilion. As part of an ongoing “outreach” program, TAG will continue to work in collaborative with the many organizations that impact the state’s technology sector.
