Twelve up-and-coming technology companies have been selected to present at the “Investors Showcase” during the Georgia Technology Celebration.

The lineup includes seven software, two business services, two medical device and one semiconductor companies.

“The presenting companies were carefully chosen to highlight the best investment opportunities in Georgia-based technology companies,” says John Yates, chairman of the tech celebration and head of the technology group at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. “Unlike past investor forums, this Investor Showcase will feature high-growth companies that have validated their business model with meaningful revenue and reference-able customers.”

The 12 companies are:

  • Alogent Corp.
  • Broniec Associates
  • CardioMEMS Inc.
  • CipherTrust Inc.
  • Datatrac Corp.
  • GuardedNet Inc.
  • iVivity Inc.
  • OverSight Technologies
  • SaluMedica LLC
  • Vesdia Corp.
  • Workbrain Inc.

    • Four of the 12 will produce more than $15 million in revenue this year, according to Yates.

    Investors and venture capitalists representing more than $14 billion in investment capital already have registered to attend.

    The Technology Celebration is set for Oct. 21. The Atlanta CEO High Tech Council and Technology Association of Georgia worked together to organize the Investor Showcase.
