Identify Software says it will be exhibiting its latest products at three upcoming events across the country.

The first event is the Service and Support Professionals Association Conference in Savannah, GA, on Sept. 29, followed by the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, on Oct. 19, and the Association for Service Management International S-Business Education Summit & Exposition in Reno, NV, on Oct. 26.

Identify says it will present ways that organizations can reduce IT support costs, solve software application problems more quickly, and improve their customer service.

“When supporting software applications, significant time is spent gathering data about problems and passing it among various teams to try to pinpoint the root cause … it’s a costly, time-consuming process that leads to end-user frustration,” said Fred Voccola, Identify’s vice president of sales. “–Identify’s Black Box technology minimizes this tedious step and helps support teams quickly get to the root cause of user mistakes, performance problems, configuration issues, and functional failures.”

Like the black box on an airplane, Identify says its patented AppSight Black Box software records application data from distributed applications across an extended enterprise so that it can be analyzed later if a problem arises.

Established in 1996, Identify Software is headquartered in Raleigh and Israel and Raleigh, with offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Japan.
