SmartPath Inc. is expanding its executive management team by appointing Brian Branson to the role of chief financial officer.
Branson previously served as CFO at BTI Telecom Corp., where he also served as treasurer and sat on the board of directors. He began his career at Ernst & Young with the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
“With his proven financial experience and understanding of working with entrepreneurial firms, Brian brings the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience to his role as CFO,” said Michael Doernberg, chief executive officer of SmartPath. “Brian’s ability to maintain the healthy viability of a company will be a key asset in helping SmartPath to continue delivering value to leading marketers–.”
SmartPath, based in Morrsiville, provides firms such as Novartis, Kohler and National Geographic with software that manages the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives.
