PricewaterhouseCoopers es has selected a web-based human resource management system from Information Access Management.
The product, Life System, is designed to provide employers with a matrix of information about employees, interactions within the company, and information about the market place, such as salaries and benefits, in specific fields. The system also can be used to help screen applicants and assist in background checks, according to IAM.
“The Life System is so far beyond your basic applicant tracking system,” said John Mangan, managing director, HR operations, PwC es, in a statement. “Right away, we reduced our overall staffing costs by one-third, after only being two-thirds of the way through implementation of the solution. It has radically changed the amount of time spent on administrative processes, and has given us the ability to implement a total strategic talent management solution internally and externally.”
