Air BP, the specialized aviation fuels and lubricants division of BP in London, has chosen FormScape to improve its business operations.
Using FormScape, Air BP can offer customers the choice of centralized or local settlement, with invoicing depending on the customer’s individual requirements.
FormScape builds upon existing SAP and bespoke ERP applications. By capturing XML data, FormScape can transform and present invoices and credit notes that are both compliant with local banking formats and include marketing messages where appropriate.
FormScape has been rolled-out across a third of Air BP sites internationally and full implementation is expected in October 2003.
This is the first phase of a global rollout of FormScape enterprise-wide; Air BP plans to expand the use of FormScape to other key business processes in the future.
